Every Nevraa piece is made to order, just for you. Because of that we don't accept change-of-mind returns — but we always stand behind fit and quality.
Size exchange
Ordered the wrong size? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags. Return shipping for size exchanges is covered by you; we dispatch the new size as soon as the original reaches us. One exchange per item.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we'll replace it free. Raise it within 7 days of delivery and include an unboxing video plus photos of the item and the original packaging — that lets us sort it fast.
Good to know
A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inch is normal for apparel and isn't a defect — check the size guide first.
We can't accept items that are worn, washed or missing tags, or claims after 7 days.
Please open your parcel carefully — damage from scissors or sharp objects isn't covered.
Lost in transit? We'll arrange a replacement or refund once the courier confirms.
